Inference, goodness-of-fit tests, and predictions for continuous and discrete univariate Hidden Markov Models (HMM), including zero-inflated distributions. The goodness-of-fit test is based on a Cramer-von Mises statistic and uses parametric bootstrap to estimate the p-value.
