nlist:Lists of Numeric Atomic Objects
Create and manipulate numeric list ('nlist') objects. An 'nlist' is an S3 list of uniquely named numeric objects. An numeric object is an integer or double vector, matrix or array. An 'nlists' object is a S3 class list of 'nlist' objects with the same names, dimensionalities and typeofs. Numeric list objects are of interest because they are the raw data inputs for analytic engines such as 'JAGS', 'STAN' and 'TMB'. Numeric lists objects, which are useful for storing multiple realizations of of simulated data sets, can be converted to coda::mcmc and coda::mcmc.list objects.

term:Create, Manipulate and Query Parameter Terms
Creates, manipulates, queries and repairs vectors of parameter terms. Parameter terms are the labels used to reference values in vectors, matrices and arrays. They represent the names in coefficient tables and the column names in 'mcmc' and 'mcmc.list' objects.

freealg:The Free Algebra
The free algebra in R with non-commuting indeterminates. Uses 'disordR' discipline (Hankin, 2022, <doi:10.48550/ARXIV.2210.03856>). To cite the package in publications please use Hankin (2022) <doi:10.48550/ARXIV.2211.04002>.

mvp:Fast Symbolic Multivariate Polynomials
Fast manipulation of symbolic multivariate polynomials using the 'Map' class of the Standard Template Library. The package uses print and coercion methods from the 'mpoly' package but offers speed improvements. It is comparable in speed to the 'spray' package for sparse arrays, but retains the symbolic benefits of 'mpoly'. To cite the package in publications, use Hankin 2022 <doi:10.48550/ARXIV.2210.15991>. Uses 'disordR' discipline.

clifford:Arbitrary Dimensional Clifford Algebras
A suite of routines for Clifford algebras, using the 'Map' class of the Standard Template Library. Canonical reference: Hestenes (1987, ISBN 90-277-1673-0, "Clifford algebra to geometric calculus"). Special cases including Lorentz transforms, quaternion multiplication, and Grassmann algebra, are discussed. Vignettes presenting conformal geometric algebra, quaternions and split quaternions, dual numbers, and Lorentz transforms are included. The package follows 'disordR' discipline.

stokes:The Exterior Calculus
Provides functionality for working with tensors, alternating forms, wedge products, Stokes's theorem, and related concepts from the exterior calculus. Uses 'disordR' discipline (Hankin, 2022, <doi:10.48550/arXiv.2210.03856>). The canonical reference would be M. Spivak (1965, ISBN:0-8053-9021-9) "Calculus on Manifolds". universals:S3 Generics for Bayesian Analyses
Provides S3 generic methods and some default implementations for Bayesian analyses that generate Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) samples. The purpose of 'universals' is to reduce package dependencies and conflicts. The 'nlist' package implements many of the methods for its 'nlist' class.

frab:How to Add Two R Tables
Methods to "add" two R tables; also an alternative interpretation of named vectors as generalized R tables, so that c(a=1,b=2,c=3) + c(b=3,a=-1) will return c(b=5,c=3). Uses 'disordR' discipline (Hankin, 2022, <doi:10.48550/arXiv.2210.03856>). Extraction and replacement methods are provided. The underlying mathematical structure is the Free Abelian group, hence the name. To cite in publications please use Hankin (2023) <doi:10.48550/arXiv.2307.13184>.
