flextable:Functions for Tabular Reporting
Use a grammar for creating and customizing pretty tables. The following formats are supported: 'HTML', 'PDF', 'RTF', 'Microsoft Word', 'Microsoft PowerPoint' and R 'Grid Graphics'. 'R Markdown', 'Quarto' and the package 'officer' can be used to produce the result files. The syntax is the same for the user regardless of the type of output to be produced. A set of functions allows the creation, definition of cell arrangement, addition of headers or footers, formatting and definition of cell content with text and or images. The package also offers a set of high-level functions that allow tabular reporting of statistical models and the creation of complex cross tabulations.

latrend:A Framework for Clustering Longitudinal Data
A framework for clustering longitudinal datasets in a standardized way. The package provides an interface to existing R packages for clustering longitudinal univariate trajectories, facilitating reproducible and transparent analyses. Additionally, standard tools are provided to support cluster analyses, including repeated estimation, model validation, and model assessment. The interface enables users to compare results between methods, and to implement and evaluate new methods with ease. The 'akmedoids' package is available from <https://github.com/MAnalytics/akmedoids>.

RevEcoR:Reverse Ecology Analysis on Microbiome
An implementation of the reverse ecology framework. Reverse ecology refers to the use of genomics to study ecology with no a priori assumptions about the organism(s) under consideration, linking organisms to their environment. It allows researchers to reconstruct the metabolic networks and study the ecology of poorly characterized microbial species from their genomic information, and has substantial potentials for microbial community ecological analysis.

gestalt:Tools for Making and Combining Functions
Provides a suite of function-building tools centered around a (forward) composition operator, %>>>%, which extends the semantics of the 'magrittr' %>% operator and supports 'Tidyverse' quasiquotation. It enables you to construct composite functions that can be inspected and transformed as list-like objects. In conjunction with %>>>%, a compact function constructor, fn(), and a partial-application constructor, partial(), are also provided; both support quasiquotation.

lfl:Linguistic Fuzzy Logic
Various algorithms related to linguistic fuzzy logic: mining for linguistic fuzzy association rules, composition of fuzzy relations, performing perception-based logical deduction (PbLD), and forecasting time-series using fuzzy rule-based ensemble (FRBE). The package also contains basic fuzzy-related algebraic functions capable of handling missing values in different styles (Bochvar, Sobocinski, Kleene etc.), computation of Sugeno integrals and fuzzy transform.

Rdiagnosislist:Manipulate SNOMED CT Diagnosis Lists
Functions and methods for manipulating 'SNOMED CT' concepts. The package contains functions for loading the 'SNOMED CT' release into a convenient R environment, selecting 'SNOMED CT' concepts using regular expressions, and navigating the 'SNOMED CT' ontology. It provides the 'SNOMEDconcept' S3 class for a vector of 'SNOMED CT' concepts (stored as 64-bit integers) and the 'SNOMEDcodelist' S3 class for a table of concepts IDs with descriptions. The package can be used to construct sets of 'SNOMED CT' concepts for research (<doi:10.1093/jamia/ocac158>). For more information about 'SNOMED CT' visit <https://www.snomed.org/>.

LSAfun:Applied Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA) Functions
Provides functions that allow for convenient working with vector space models of semantics/distributional semantic models/word embeddings. Originally built for LSA models (hence the name), but can be used for all such vector-based models. For actually building a vector semantic space, use the package 'lsa' or other specialized software. Downloadable semantic spaces can be found at <https://sites.google.com/site/fritzgntr/software-resources>.

PerMallows:Permutations and Mallows Distributions
Includes functions to work with the Mallows and Generalized Mallows Models. The considered distances are Kendall's-tau, Cayley, Hamming and Ulam and it includes functions for making inference, sampling and learning such distributions, some of which are novel in the literature. As a by-product, PerMallows also includes operations for permutations, paying special attention to those related with the Kendall's-tau, Cayley, Ulam and Hamming distances. It is also possible to generate random permutations at a given distance, or with a given number of inversions, or cycles, or fixed points or even with a given length on LIS (longest increasing subsequence).
