mosaic:Project MOSAIC Statistics and Mathematics Teaching Utilities
Data sets and utilities from Project MOSAIC (<http://www.mosaic-web.org>) used to teach mathematics, statistics, computation and modeling. Funded by the NSF, Project MOSAIC is a community of educators working to tie together aspects of quantitative work that students in science, technology, engineering and mathematics will need in their professional lives, but which are usually taught in isolation, if at all.

melt:Multiple Empirical Likelihood Tests
Performs multiple empirical likelihood tests. It offers an easy-to-use interface and flexibility in specifying hypotheses and calibration methods, extending the framework to simultaneous inferences. The core computational routines are implemented using the 'Eigen' 'C++' library and 'RcppEigen' interface, with 'OpenMP' for parallel computation. Details of the testing procedures are provided in Kim, MacEachern, and Peruggia (2023) <doi:10.1080/10485252.2023.2206919>. A companion paper by Kim, MacEachern, and Peruggia (2024) <doi:10.18637/jss.v108.i05> is available for further information. This work was supported by the U.S. National Science Foundation under Grants No. SES-1921523 and DMS-2015552.

bayesforecast:Bayesian Time Series Modeling with Stan
Fit Bayesian time series models using 'Stan' for full Bayesian inference. A wide range of distributions and models are supported, allowing users to fit Seasonal ARIMA, ARIMAX, Dynamic Harmonic Regression, GARCH, t-student innovation GARCH models, asymmetric GARCH, Random Walks, stochastic volatility models for univariate time series. Prior specifications are flexible and explicitly encourage users to apply prior distributions that actually reflect their beliefs. Model fit can easily be assessed and compared with typical visualization methods, information criteria such as loglik, AIC, BIC WAIC, Bayes factor and leave-one-out cross-validation methods. twoxtwo:Work with Two-by-Two Tables
A collection of functions for data analysis with two-by-two contingency tables. The package provides tools to compute measures of effect (odds ratio, risk ratio, and risk difference), calculate impact numbers and attributable fractions, and perform hypothesis testing. Statistical analysis methods are oriented towards epidemiological investigation of relationships between exposures and outcomes.

zebu:Local Association Measures
Implements the estimation of local (and global) association measures: Lewontin's D, Ducher's Z, pointwise mutual information, normalized pointwise mutual information and chi-squared residuals. The significance of local (and global) association is accessed using p-values estimated by permutations.

DstarM:Analyze Two Choice Reaction Time Data with the D*M Method
A collection of functions to estimate parameters of a diffusion model via a D*M analysis. Build in models are: the Ratcliff diffusion model, the RWiener diffusion model, and Linear Ballistic Accumulator models. Custom models functions can be specified as long as they have a density function.
