fastai:Interface to 'fastai'
The 'fastai' <https://docs.fast.ai/index.html> library simplifies training fast and accurate neural networks using modern best practices. It is based on research in to deep learning best practices undertaken at 'fast.ai', including 'out of the box' support for vision, text, tabular, audio, time series, and collaborative filtering models.

fBasics:Rmetrics - Markets and Basic Statistics
Provides a collection of functions to explore and to investigate basic properties of financial returns and related quantities. The covered fields include techniques of explorative data analysis and the investigation of distributional properties, including parameter estimation and hypothesis testing. Even more there are several utility functions for data handling and management.

betaDelta:Confidence Intervals for Standardized Regression Coefficients
Generates confidence intervals for standardized regression coefficients using delta method standard errors for models fitted by lm() as described in Yuan and Chan (2011) <doi:10.1007/s11336-011-9224-6> and Jones and Waller (2015) <doi:10.1007/s11336-013-9380-y>. The package can also be used to generate confidence intervals for differences of standardized regression coefficients and as a general approach to performing the delta method. A description of the package and code examples are presented in Pesigan, Sun, and Cheung (2023) <doi:10.1080/00273171.2023.2201277>.

Delta:Measure of Agreement Between Two Raters
Measure of agreement delta was originally by Martín & Femia (2004) <DOI:10.1348/000711004849268>. Since then has been considered as agreement measure for different fields, since their behavior is usually better than the usual kappa index by Cohen (1960) <DOI:10.1177/001316446002000104>. The main issue with delta is that can not be computed by hand contrary to kappa. The current algorithm is based on the Version 5 of the delta windows program that can be found on <https://www.ugr.es/~bioest/software/delta/cmd.php?seccion=downloads>.

OasisR:Outright Tool for the Analysis of Spatial Inequalities and Segregation
A comprehensive set of indexes and tests for social segregation analysis, as described in Tivadar (2019) - 'OasisR': An R Package to Bring Some Order to the World of Segregation Measurement <doi:10.18637/jss.v089.i07>. The package is the most complete existing tool and it clarifies many ambiguities and errors regarding the definition of segregation indices. Additionally, 'OasisR' introduces several resampling methods that enable testing their statistical significance (randomization tests, bootstrapping, and jackknife methods).

pkmon:Least-Squares Estimator under k-Monotony Constraint for Discrete Functions
We implement two least-squares estimators under k-monotony constraint using a method based on the Support Reduction Algorithm from Groeneboom et al (2008) <DOI:10.1111/j.1467-9469.2007.00588.x>. The first one is a projection estimator on the set of k-monotone discrete functions. The second one is a projection on the set of k-monotone discrete probabilities. This package provides functions to generate samples from the spline basis from Lefevre and Loisel (2013) <DOI:10.1239/jap/1378401239>, and from mixtures of splines.

DeltaMAN:Delta Measurement of Agreement for Nominal Data
Analysis of agreement for nominal data between two raters using the Delta model. This model is proposed as an alternative to the widespread measure Cohen kappa coefficient, which performs poorly when the marginal distributions are very asymmetric (Martin-Andres and Femia-Marzo (2004), <doi:10.1348/000711004849268>; Martin-Andres and Femia-Marzo (2008) <doi:10.1080/03610920701669884>). The package also contains a function to perform a massive analysis of multiple raters against a gold standard. A shiny app is also provided to obtain the measures of nominal agreement between two raters.
