greta:Simple and Scalable Statistical Modelling in R
Write statistical models in R and fit them by MCMC and optimisation on CPUs and GPUs, using Google 'TensorFlow'. greta lets you write your own model like in BUGS, JAGS and Stan, except that you write models right in R, it scales well to massive datasets, and it’s easy to extend and build on. See the website for more information, including tutorials, examples, package documentation, and the greta forum.

ypr:Yield Per Recruit
An implementation of equilibrium-based yield per recruit methods. Yield per recruit methods can used to estimate the optimal yield for a fish population as described by Walters and Martell (2004) <isbn:0-691-11544-3>. The yield can be based on the number of fish caught (or harvested) or biomass caught for all fish or just large (trophy) individuals.

texor:Converting 'LaTeX' 'R Journal' Articles into 'RJ-web-articles'
Articles in the 'R Journal' were first authored in 'LaTeX', which performs admirably for 'PDF' files but is less than ideal for modern online interfaces. The 'texor' package does all the transitional chores and conversions necessary to move to the online versions.

HubPub:Utilities to create and use Bioconductor Hubs
HubPub provides users with functionality to help with the Bioconductor Hub structures. The package provides the ability to create a skeleton of a Hub style package that the user can then populate with the necessary information. There are also functions to help add resources to the Hub package metadata files as well as publish data to the Bioconductor S3 bucket.

shiny2docker:Generate Dockerfiles for 'Shiny' Applications
Automates the creation of Dockerfiles for deploying 'Shiny' applications. By integrating with 'renv' for dependency management and leveraging Docker-based solutions, it simplifies the process of containerizing 'Shiny' apps, ensuring reproducibility and consistency across different environments. Additionally, it facilitates the setup of CI/CD pipelines for building Docker images on both GitLab and GitHub.

batchr:Batch Process Files
Processes multiple files with a user-supplied function. The key design principle is that only files which were last modified before the directory was configured are processed. A hidden file stores the configuration time and function etc while successfully processed files are automatically touched to update their modification date. As a result batch processing can be stopped and restarted and any files created (or modified or deleted) during processing are ignored.
